i got the answer by exclusion.. will explain it to u..
see u must agree that its a somatolactotrophic tumour.. its clear from the symp..
if u block GH receptor---> IGF 1 will dec ----> less negative feedback (as the Q says the tumour has all the normal receptors)---> more stimulation of the tumor which has both somato and lacto---> increased GH and prolactin---> inc Prl----> inhibition of GnRH---> dec LH and FSH---> dec TESTO..

yeah.. actualyy tumour should not b responding to the feedbacks..but the Q says it has normal receptors on it.. thats the trick here.. thats wt i could think..
