if you do nbme offline, how do you translate your score into a predictive usmle three digit score? is it possible?? i have done one nbme2 online, came out i had borderline performance in genetics (expected) and in gastro (kinda unexpected). i have worked on these. the rest was higher performance. i think to now to nbme4 offline, i have only 1 week left. i dont think i will work on my weak areas anymore. just plain repeating stuff now. so, if i do it offline, how can i predict a score?? thankyou

people have diffrent calculations which i dont think is correct some say multiply ur number of q correct with 1:45 to get ur 3 digit score i dont agree as exam is totally on percentile basis what i do know is that all the 99ers who take nbme offline get more than 160 correct maybe 160 is the figure u want to keep it in ur mind. anything between 144 to 160 is a good enough score.anything par 160 is 95+
