galactokinase is not because it gives you the lesser evil of galactosemia.
the bad galactodemia is because of 1 phosphate uridil transferasa or some thing like that and that one can give you cataracts.
Fructokinase again the good fructosoria bening
B6 vitamin

so is between A or D 50/50
i THINK ONE is for hunter but dont remember having gargoly stuff on it. and can give you the mental retardation and the corneal stuff

So I go with D that I have never heard beforegrin

Have in mind one year ago I took step 1 and this was my worst areanod

Gargolysm is tipically seen in the Hurler disease. Then Alpha-L-Iduronidase is the cause of increasing of Heparan and Dermatan sulphate.

It's basically synonymous to Hurler's Syndrome.

"Although children born with this disease usually appear healthy at birth, during the first year of life the features become coarse, and the face assumes an abnormal appearance; in early times, individuals with this condition were often referred to as gargoylelike. The head becomes enlarged, and the patient has a prominent forehead, enlarged eyes, and a flattened nasal bridge. The lips are thick, and the tongue becomes enlarged."(http://www.emedicine.com/PED/topic1031.htm)

It's actually an archaic term that's no longer PC so it's not used. In the mucopolysacchardoses as well as mucolipidoses (such as I-cell)...you'll find that in addition to the large vacuoles, corneal clouding and deficient hydrolases...there will be significant bone/skeletal deformation.

oh and retinal/corneal clouding is also a complication in fish eye disease.

wow frish eye disease i had never evben heard of that i googled for it
LCAT def on chr 16 ! wow
