well ,
i have to say first , that having exam 3 times tells me that u r a person with positive personality and very strong well to succeed and achieve ur goals
regarding ur questions , i am sorry i am not in us , and i do not know the available options for ppl there
but i have advice for u , try to sit with ur self and make a table
with two columns , write at the top of one of them "what went right"
and at the top of the other " what went wrong"
i mean u have to know , where is the problem in each time , after that if u want , u may ask someone who is also doctor or medical student ad u know him/her very well , to tell u about ur mistaked during preparing
sometimes , we do not see our mistakes
