These 3 questions are related to enzime purifying and I'd really like the answers. Ready? 1. a)What criteria should be taken into account in the selection of a buffer which will be employed for purifying a proteinase that is stable at a ph between 3 and 7. b)What practical procedure exist in order to determine the pKa of a solution?Details. 2. What are in detail the procedures to purify amilase (salivary amilase, pancreatic amilase and microbial amilase)? 3. What technique is most recommended in order to purify an acid phosphatase extracted from a pig's liver?. Details.

i have NO IDEA what are you asking for. if it is usmle relevent ,i sure will never make through it. may be someone who is working in clinical chemistry may help u better.

Pka/Ph is relavant in pharm concerning disassociation. Otherwise are there any purification specialists out there?
