pls does anyone know the average percentage of total one must score to have 99 percentile in step 1?i'm using kaplan q bank and scoring 72 to 78%,i think this should be okay to pass but i'd like to score very high.need to know what i need to score to get 99% in the exam itself.

u possibly get 99 if you have a look in the standard diviation chart in the first aid p13 u possibly need to get 250 q which means arround 72%(250/350)

WHere do you get that percentage from? Nobody knows how the test is scored, and 50 questions are experimental anyway and not factored into the score. So, there are 300 posible scoring opportunities, and I would wager that you need at least 75% (probably 80%) correct to score 250.
