to bbb and others, pls help out, need to reschedule , what are the cons, does it affect their judgement of you?

It's not a big deal unless:
- I don't have room to move you to the different date and you have a fit.
- You are trying to change the day before the interview and that doesn't give me enough time to schedule another applicant in your place.
