I was not aware of UK being very competitive.....I assumed people with EU rights had better chances there than any other foreigner since alot of my classmates gave the PLAB and are doing their residency there and there aren't even from the EU and so EU people would have an easier time in getting into residency there. In regards to the pay in UK its about 24,000pounds a year which is quite good. My apologies for questioning the authenticity of the information you gave me regarding the hospital you used to work in.Its just that it was a bit hard to digest that, as I've never come across such a situation. But nevertheless you made a bold and applaudable stand.I hope all the best for you.....did you manage to get the recommended book list?
