if the programs say that they don't sponsor any visa, do they accept J1 visa which is sponsored by ECFMG?

My gut instinct would be that if a program says they will sponsor no visas, means they won't fill out their portion of the paperwork that they would have to send to ECFMG to sponsor the visa.

and means they wont let you join, without that portion how will ECFMG will be able to help,so that means this program isnt IMG friendly as interpreted by docnit, so why to get in trouble with such uncertainties, as if they're less already!! rolling eyes
