1Paraphasias and neologisms are +ve symptoms

2. poorest prognosis------undifferentiated
best prognosis-------catatonic /paranoid(not sure)

3. neurologic abnormalities ---inc DA; dec 5 HT;
larger ventricles; frontal n temp lobe atrophy; cognitive impairment
