  1. high erythropoitin level
  2. high hematocrit
  3. Normal O2 saturation

What is the best test at this moment ?

You guys are excellent.

There are four tumors in the body notorious for producing Erthrythorpoitin .

Three you have mentioned i.e RCC HCC and Utrine fibromyoma .Which is the fourth one ??
