Day: 1
Just retuened back after taking day 1
feeling depressed-It was very tough
Three blocks-too lengthy question-was not able to read last 10-12 q's properly-don'tknow what I read and waht I answered in these blocks sad

I messed up all the things just because I lost control over nerves

I think probably I flunked today

Let's see what happens tomorrow

Day:2
Just came back from prometric
Read all postings and good wishes from colleagues on my earlier threadhttp://usmleforum.com/files/forum/2008/5/341466.php

After pathetic performance on day one now I've got a sigh of relief-finally day 2 is over!
Today I knew why I'm opting for an answer-I had reasoning for each of my answer-no guess work like yesterday. In addition, the length of Q's was also acceptable-I was able to read entire Q and able to exclude choices.Yesterday it was contrary !
It is unfortunate that we had 4 blocks of 36 Q's today(Total 134)
(yesterday there were 7 blocks of 48 Q's - Horrible)

CCS was also predictable
Some of the cases were tricky-but by following protocol mentioned in my notes I managed them satisfactorily.

In nut shell what I feel about my performance on the whole:

Yesterdays 7 blocks: 48 Q's each
3 blocks : I don't know what I did
2 blocks: Ok
2 blocks: Horrible performance

Todays 4 block: 36 Q's each
Probably satisfactory

CCS 9 cases: OK

Result ??? God knows

Atleast its over for the time being-(I pray it should be forever-If I pass by your good wishes)
If I fail-I won;t be able to sustain this mental trauma sad

You certainly deserve to pass, roentgenindia, for you have helped so many people around here. I wasn't sure I had passed, either, and at the end, everything was great, so just wait and see. smiling face

I feel U shud wait for result
After that transmit USMLE transcript and they will know about it

I wish that you shud pass it in first attempt and I know that U will
But if you think of a rare possibility of failing it-why shud your programs know about it?
Once the IV's are over and you pass it -then let them know
