How is oral advance directive more valid, than written advance directive? I really thought that written is more valuable.

In general the oral word is alway better understood then the written. Also legally even if something is written you can make an oral contract with someone

But what will happen if you have a patient that tells you "Please let me die" but you have a written advance directive by a son: Can the son, suite you, because who will said that tha patient really told you that statement?

"PLEASE LET ME DIE" IS AN EMOTIONAL STATEMENT. U HAVE TO ASK PATIENTIF THIS IS THEIR WISH AND IF THAY CAN BE MORE SPECIFIC.
