Dear bbb and others, How do we address PD ,chief resident and Prog Coordinator when we first meet them ? Is it by their first name only or first and last names?

Program Director should always be "Doctor" - at least to their face, until you become a Chief Resident.
Chief residents and PC - If they say "Bob" or "Sunil" or "Mohamad" that what you call them. If I say: "I'm Ms BBB, and I am the PC" - then I am Ms. BBB. If I say "I'm BBB, and I am the PC" then use my first name.
It's just logical clues that you should listen for.
