Patient is in shock. No cause of back pain can give rise to shock condition.Pulse of 120/min shows patient is bleeding inside .

AAA for sure.. old age..bak pain.. paleness.. diaphoresis..hypotension...tachycardia.. x ray tellin abt calcification of abd aorta..
