well, this is my first post here, i am really intimidated by all the 99s...

I have 87/83/CS pass /83 all first attempt , 10 months of USCE, 1 year research, university based, 3 publications, 4 US Lors from professors at university program, year of graduation 2005, need visa, I have applied to 91 programs in IM on 9th of September,

not heard from anyone ....

yet I feel my application is very weak because of the scores...

and I really don't know how to fix it? how to improve my chances?

any suggestions?

I think you are in pretty good shape. You know, I've noticed people tend to worry about what they don't have. Even the 99ers, they go: "oh, but I need a visa!" or "I set foot in USA only for the CS"disapproval... smiling face

Remember, it's the packet that is going to be taken into consideration and you need only one spot... nod

Good luck!

excellent credentials. the most important is the USCE. Yor scores are not low, they are not high. Research and publications make you very attractive for the UNi programs.

You will have a lot of IVs. Good luck

i can only boost your confidence telling the same what Arlete and bourboul are telling, and then tell you that your post has intimidated me, coz i dont even have what you have and still running the race, so what does that make me?
A FOOL IS A RIGHT ANSWER BUT WOULD CERTAINLY NOT LIKE TO BELIEVE.shaking head

caramel, life is imperfect and so is the match process.
Everyone has something to offer and God provides chances to all who worked hard.
As bourboul mentioned, university programs are your best bet and they dont start giving out iv untill late oct, so keep your spirits high.
At least, I am trying to do the same.

Sachida, what you say is true......That Everyone has something to offer, But one universal thing that I am sure IMGs have to offer across the board is HARD WORK!!!
