Dear moms, Could you please give me some suggestions how to take care of the kids during residency and on call schedules? I am a mom of 21 month-old son and I am going to the match 2009 (same as my husband). Thank you in advance for your advice.

Nanny, au-pair (if you are a citizen), daycare, family, friends.

yeah.. it's a tough issue. If I send my kid to day care, I will need someone to take care of him at night when my husband and I are both on duty calls. My parents and my in-laws are all in my home country. It will probably be difficult for them to adjust the life in USA. Well, we'll see. Thanks.
