MEN II
Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma
80% =sporadic after 50 yr
20% = famiilial 20-40 yr
Look for other stigmata of MEN II

Yes but calcitonin is like more thyroid related in one way. that was I choose in NBME3 and I have an * and no lines in high for endocrinology Huraaaaaaaaaaaay for gogeta he knows a little something about medicine, now let me try and learn the 99.99999% that I do not know ___________________ As a general rule, the better it felt when you said it, the more trouble it's going to get you into.
