I havenot seen the book in person , However I've heard the questions are complicated and somehow confusing and is not a good source for either 2 or 3 ,
may be that's why they are good for both coz it's exctly how the exam questions are.. complicated and confusing

I don't recommend it at all and
My exam was straightforward except a few questions in psychiatry as expected .
But if you think it is helpful or essential or whatever , the choice is yours,
This guy has written a very good internal medicine for Kaplan LN , He has good though not perfect video lectures but I think sometimes he is overrated .
