Hello Guys,

I am new in this forum and I am glad to join you guys. I have finished 1st and 2nd year of medical school in Europe and am currently on leave of absence to take step 1. I feel really lost and was looking for some serious help..I have been studying for step 1 for a while but haven't put my honest effort due to distractions and have only managed to get through all the kaplan material and gouljan once.

Now I'm approaching my deadline to take the test and have signed up to take the exam at end of December or first week of January. I feel like i don't remember anything that I have done. what can i do during my last three months to enhance my chances of passing this test??

I really wanted to redo all the videos and books again along w/ q bank and Usmle World but i dont think i have enough time to do everything. What do u guys suggest i do to enhance my chances to pass this test??

Thanks alot in advance

start 2nd read wit kaplan and only refer to videos when u get stuck.....and also start uw along with it....try to get it done asap so u have enough time for first aid and kaplan qbank...preferably save a month for the latter 2.....just my opiniongrin

Thanks buddy!! should i do uw world questions after i finish each subject or should i do it everyday?

i did it after every subject.....but taht was because i did it during my first read.....but since u already did one read....it would be better to do mix/timed mode....cause if u do per subject wise....u might have to wait a while before u do questions....and it will prolong the process....so its better to do 50 or 100/day and go over explanations carefully.....hope that helps goodlucknod
