If you are going to wait to December, you might as well save your money and apply next year. December is very, very late.

 hi bbb, thank you sooo much for being here with us , you are like sunshine after the rain,i am so scared if anything changes your mood and you suddenly decide that youre loosing interest hanging in here, what will happen, just cant imagine this place without you,
now you thinking i'm ####ing but this is all from my heart,just to clear my intentions.
same is my situation rather horrible in many ways, cs taken 4 days back,completed 1&2 without much scores, and now i'm itching to apply without cs score, what do you suggest, kind of i know the answer but just to have one on one interaction with you, i'm writting all this, and if some great advice also comes by, i couldnt be happier.

It's going to depend on when you get your CS scores - if you have taken it, apply. If you are taking CS in December, with scores coming in late Jan - that's your call.

I mean the results will come in December (I will do the Exam in October)- ECFMG certified probably by Dec-Jan.

Why are you going to wait then? Some programs will invite because they know you have taken or will soon take the exam. Waiting for December to apply with your results is going to decrease interview chances.
