A 31-year-old man with AIDS is receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Labs show significant myelosuppression and a decreased plasma HIV-mRNA burden. To counteract this toxicity (rather than modify his antiretroviral therapy), he begins treatment with hematopoietic growth factor. Thirty minutes later, he develops dyspnea, severe muscle pain, vomiting, and sinus tachycardia; his blood pressure is 80/40mmHg. Which of the following hematopoietic growth factors most likely caused these new findings?

A) Erythropoietn
B) Filgrastim (G-CSF)
C) Platelet derived growth factor
D) Sargramostim (GM-CSF)
E) Thrombopoietin

why did u pick 2) D ? might as well pick B if its just a guess ? ..
Neverming i just googled and its B, i guess thats just the side affect ?

And winnera #3 can not be A because " He tries to avoid making the presentations " . Phobia interferes with normal function. Stress is just stress like step 1 =(
