Hey guys, I'm very very anxious... here's my case.... step1 83/205 step2 87/213 (first attempt), 3 USLOR's, US research, 2 months electives in Ivy league US Medical School..., and the thing is CS passed 2nd attempt!!! Here I just see 99's all over... is there a chance for the rest of us?? Do u know anyone with CS attempts who matched??! I just wanted to share my situation!! thanks guys! and good luck.... don't get tensed, many people matched with 2nd attempt on the CS...it's very early to be upset about not getting iv's...

I know people with 99 who did not match last year, and those with 80s matched, same goes with no. of attempts. So there's no hard and fast rule, anything can happen. Just be positive

I think you should apply to more programs. you will match for sure with ur credentials but keep your options open and apply more.

and yes there are many people with 99's but then again there are so many unsung heros with scores in 80's. most of them match. so there is no need to be depressed. relax. the interview season just started.

If it helps, a guy from my college had an attempt on CS. scores in early 90s, IMG, needed visa, got his first IV in Jan and matched in a very good prog..
