what do you mean by the first line, didn't quite understand it.... Justice wrote: ECFMG has it's own mechanisms to make your life enjoyable for the rest of it... Misrepresenting a history of your USMLE examinations is a felony...

ur not mistrepresenting it by saying u didn't fail.. u just aren't listing it as the exam, and they will see on your transcript.. so it's one thing to lie and say you havn't failed ever, yah that is misreprsenting.. but i dont think it is misrepresenting ifyou dont list you failed attempts.. i was told by an attending friend to list my passed attempts on caf, and usmle transcript will show a fail, so that is their job to decided if they want to interview me or not.. hope that helps!

Many applications don't mention it on the CAF. I don't know if I would consider it a felony, but on the USMLE transcript it shows the failed attempts, so a program will find out.
