I disagree that the education is totally different, the same books are used, just that American Students are forced to get used to the twisted Questions we have to learn to answer, you see many of the same professors who teach them write the test questions.
I totally agree with oyzr, AMG get a different education, remember that we IMG are trained based on the different needs of our countries, on the other hand AMG are in the obligation of going thru every single aspect in full since America is a very mixed cultural country and people come from all over the world.

Yes I agree with review but its still missing a lot, I did not understand that the first two times, BTW I'm a Caribbean Student, its not 100% the American Model either.
I know that schools in other countries are different, I lived in England for a year too, but I did not feel they were so much different.
You just have to know what to focus on to get the answers for the test.
FA is not enough for navigating through some questions Believe me I know now.
