-Ashkenazi jews -Antiepithelial Ab (IgG) -Antibody is actually against transmemb CADHERIN :arrow: acantholysis. -Starts in mouth or genital tracts -Blisters r painful and when erupt, they leave a raw base. How about pemphigoid? What is characteristic in it?

that wold ME, with big ulcers in my mouth, cuz I talk to much, and AB to cadherin cuz I don adhere to most rules. :-)

Yes Bela exactly, the key words to look for in a question, oral ulcers and epidermis easily rubs off!!!!

Bullous pemphigoid is blistering due to disorder of the dermis epidermis junction. May see igG against Ag in stratus lucida.
