Hi friends .i am really confused about what type of q i should have for usmle step1 .lots of stuff on market and whenever i buy a cd i got q materials which i never heard about .an i do not kknow what year they are ?
please can any one make me a good list 1,2,3,........ like what q i need to do and where to buy each ?

Enroll for kaplan and/or NBME. there content and toughness level is approx. same to USMLE.
