Blink reflex: afferent= trigeminal efferent=facial Look like a herpes simples encephalitis with trigeminal compromise

cavernous sinus lateral wall contains CNs III,IV,V1,V2 in the sinus is the int catotid artery, symp. plexus and CNVI supplied by the opthalmic veins Hope this helps
