right nasal hemianopsia likely has a mechanical compression of the right optic tract to which body in the brain?

geniculate lateral body?

incomplate compression on right side of optic chiasm( since nasal fibers cross over to the opposit side.

possibly due to a perichiasmal lesion such as a right calcified internal carotid artery.
