guys,
i hope my question gets answered as i bet every1 in the forum is just looking at the thread with the IV calls

i m the only one from my far away country applying with totally no contacts or experience. so i need all the help i can get.

i just sent my applications today

1. how come when i apply to programs, i choose the speciality, LORs, USMLE transcript and photo only. would that mean my UNIVERSITY transcript gets sent automatically? cuz i ve sent eras and they have scanned it. but idun see it in my documents from MYeras

2. i only paid the 60 USD today when i appliedfor my programs together. so the USMLE transcript would be sent instantly to the programs? and wat is the talk about Eras uploading thetranscript? i not really clear on this issue

3.i m mailing my MSPE only today. meaningthat i should be intime fornov1. however, onceeras scans it, do i havet send it manuallytoall the programs or theprograms i sent to would upload it automatically?

I just have thisfeeling that my applictionis kinda missing soemthing as i have no one to doublecheck with.
thanks to anyone who answers my queries, really appreciate it

and congrats to them with IVs already... wow

1. Check OASIS & ADTS on ERAS to see if your transcript was received, scanned and uploaded on to the post office.

2. Two possibilities:
1) You didn't assign the USMLE transcript to the programs you applied to. Be sure to
check all the boxes under each program.
2) Make sure you authorize the transfer of USMLE transcripts under "Documents".

3. MSPE is treated the same as other documents, except that it can't be viewed till 11/1.

Good luck.

$60 charge means that USMLE transcript was not released and sent... Otherwise, it should be $60x2 charge - $60 for 1-10 applications +$60 for transcript...

Please authorize the release of your USMLE transcript under the "Documents" on MyERAS not ADTS.

You need to pay for the transcript release fee which is $60 plus application fee for < 10 programs $60 = $120, whether the transcript is uploaded or not.

Go to Invoice history and see itemized charges:
it should appear like that:

Total ERAS Processing Fee:-------------$ XXXXXX.00
USMLE/ECFMG Transcript Fee:---------$ 60.00
COMLEX Transcript Fee:-----------------$ 0.00
Total Amount:---------------------------- $ XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.00

See what is missing...
