ahem....yet another exam ...should start preparing nd worrying .... did not study anything today....slept off during my study time  ...i hope this journal gives me motivation to study...

hey feyza..thanx for dropping in ....and i feel its right time for u to start ur s3 prep ....start journal buddy...lets motivate each other....plzzzz....if not i wont study....
i had a very busy week.....some how squeezes time on saturday and studied rheumatology....wanted to studt today also...but again these rains....whrn i went to temple i have requested god to show some mercy on me and stop these damn rains .....hopefully my request would be accepted i will get to study from tmrw....

hey dr_student.....thanx for dropping in...its lil tough to concentrate when anticipating iv calis...but once we start we will get momentam.....btw i'm doing a part time job also...so unable to give more time to studies...
i read bone marrow transplantaion from harrison today...not for the exam...but for my job....
i will read sumthing for s3 tmrw...

stuck up at the work till 5 pm....it will take another half an hour to go to lib from thr....so went back to my room....i was about to open my books and then thr was this power cut ....so went online...online for the past 4 hrs though the electicity returned.....thankgod for the nuclear deal... future step 3 aspirants dont have to suffer these kinda disappointments.....

reading your stories of rain, power cut,sleep,falling prey to temptations makes me think of my own stories, which are just the same, so what do we do???to combat all of this,take a pledge of not entering into another activity till we have finished say rheumat, cardio,will such pledges help, keep posting

great, I just started,not registered, rather cant register as waiting for CS results but plan to pick it up slowly and steadily,so great, GI for you,i am kind of scanning every thing to get an assessment of what i actually have to deal with, so looking up into each subject.will formulate aplan soon.

ck books and then step3 books,things become too time consuming,right?do you have to go thru ck?or is there a short cut?is reading step3 kaplan notes not enough, i know one thing now for sure even 3 different types of books are not enuf if they are done for just the heck of it, one has to be actively reading and visualising each info in the light of realisation that if it gets tested in exam, will it be reproducible, and what will i think of its association when that info comes on and looks at me in the exam, this i learnt AFTER i took 1&2, so will use this in 3 for the last time.take care Mikky

well.... i was told that kaplan step 3 books r not that gr8 nd its better to go through Ck books...nd i have noticed that s 3 kaplan books have only questions....so it would b better to go through CK books....
finished GI yest day....started endocrine....

hey buddies can i join in, im actually scheduled, but am being severly lazy and procrastinating.. not good!! i have yet to still apply, so talk about putting it off, hehee...
i have only premier rview, and doing those i think.. i want only 1 source to read over and over, no more of this mulitple soucres stuff i dont hve the time for it.. have limited time but thinking that within 8 weeks should be ok to go, wat banks r u guys using?

hey...i`m back..i know noone would believe me now affter reading the trail of excuses in the previous posts...but trust me i had a busy week...went to visit my bestestttttttttt frnd and after that my parents visited me.... today i got the opportunity to open my books atlast... and i had this superstition that if i touch IM books my studies will b disturbed again....so started listening to psyche dvds... i did not listen to them during my CK prep and my evaaluation showed poor performance...
btw....now i have another reason to study seriously for step 3 as abington has kept my application on hold because i dont have step 3 result....so time to dig into books

now talking about my preparation...i left my job...yest day was durga pooja...managed to do a few psyche videos.....
serious prep starts from today...from now onwards i will post my daily schedule in the journal....
today morning went to bank....came back n checked the forum...now lunch time....aft that i will b off to lib...happy studying every one....

forgotta mention...yest day i got my first call from bronx leb!!!!
coming back to today...yest day the bank transaction did not take place so went to bank in the morning....came back nd listened to psyche videos for 2 hours....will b going to lib in the evening
