Guys, what is the best next step if patient presents to the ER with classic symptoms of

i) cluster headache

ii) migrane

My confusion is between 100% oxygen or sumatriptan

CLUSTER= man = we need to chill so give O2 grin

Migraine it depends on how bad it is blabla anf of there are no contraindications

Give O2 in cluster headache.
Sumatriptan in Migraine if there are no contraindications like CAD.
