nonia, if you are planning to take MRCP now to improve your chances in USA it is not worth it, UNLESS you have only PACES left to take.
MRCP helps to get into certain programes, but most of them are community based programes, except 2/3.
USA hands on clinical externship or observership will probably land you more interviews if you ask me.
I have been in your shoes in 2006, hope this helps, goodluck.

Thank you Katzung for your advice , but I'm leaving in UAE how can I get clinical externship ,I hear a lot about those company who promise you rotation then nothing happened .Do you know any trustble company

I have no experiences with any companies, if you have any friends working in any residency programs try and get their help to get an observership arranged, even if a hospital is not arranging for it your friend can ask for outpatient observership, either in teaching or private setting.
Frankly speaking unless you have someone close to you who have had good experience with any company I would avoid them.
