82 yo man with 3 dya history of low back pain, radiates to the right leg. PE shows lesions and weakness on the right leg with numerous papular ans vesiculars over the right anterior and posterior shin. There is weakness of right knee flexion, ankle dorsiflex, platar felxion, eversion and inversion. Also sensation and pinprick are decreased over the right lower leg. He has had history of 2 week prednisone for his acute bronchitis, benign prosatate hepertrophy, glaucoma and COPD. Wich of the following is the most likely causal organism ? A. can u explain about the low back pain symptom? it aslo caused by VZV ?
