I did a mistake in my CAF. In my experience section I forgot to mention the departments in which i worked like my house jobs dates are there but the department like medicine, surgery are not there. Similarly i have experience of pediatrics but in the CAF the hospital name and dates are there but it doesnt mention the department. What should I do? Will it affect my application?

Thanks for ur responses I know nothing can be done now, but does it matter? I think they look for continuity of experience more since grad rather than where house jobs are done. Anyway I have made some amendments in my remaining PS so that they have an idea. I am not sure how bad would it hit my residency applications
