I was notified via e-mail that i have received new pm , but when i looked in my pm section there wasn't any new pm! What happened ?

Hi,
Usually private messages stay in the outbox of the sender until the receiver logs in.
The problem you reported may appear if the sender deleted the pm from his/her outbox before the receiver loged in
You may deactivate the option to receive an email notification for new pm from profile.

Tips for using private messages:

- the maximum number of messages in inbox is 50
- the maximum number of messages in sentbox is 25
- the maximum number of messages in savebox is 25

Please delete or save old private messages if you reach these limits.
If the inbox is full you can not receive new messages.
If the sentbox is full you can not send messages.
If the savebox is full you can not save messages.
There is no limit for messages in outbox.

If you delete a message from outbox that message will not be sent any more and this may create confusion because the receiver may be notified through email but he/she can not find the new message.
Same problems may appear when the sender sentbox or the receiver inbox are full.
