Actually many of the step1 quesions concepts I found in my exam where inside, YES inside that book. I went over kaplan nephro and medstudy nephro not everythign but the general idea of some topics. I need to do questions about nephro and infectious I will try to do some questions. Like way to diferentiate Adenomiosis it has SYMMETRICAL and is TENDER uterus Leiomyoma it has Asymmetrical and not tender uterus Also Adenomiosis is the same as endometriosis but in the myometrium. I saw a question in NBME 3 about torsion de ovario and if I knew what I knew now I could got that one correct. Well like I say better to haev it wrong here and not on the real exam. I can get homeless and be with the spirit down from time to time but my spirit will not break. I'm Dr Gogeta. I think this might be a good example of either rationalization or intelectualization.
