Can some one remind me what is the differnce btw Typical and Atypical Pneumonia?

Typical Pneumonia: Fever, Rigors and Chills, Productive Cough

Atypical Pneumonia: Dry Cough, Difficulty in breathing without fever.

TYPICAL:-

MCC: Strep. pneumoniae
Consolidation present
Red & grey hepatization
Neutrophilic infilteration

ATYPICAL:-

MCC: Mycoplasma pneumoniae
No consolidation
Interstitial haziness
No hepatization
Lymphoplasmacytic infilteration
