What to do after we get interview calls?Should we first make a phone call or send an email to programs?What should we write in the email/ask when we make a call.

How do we plan our travel next?

one more doubt is it better to call or email to schedule an interview date ?

Does it make a difference?

Do what ever you are instructed to do by the program that is inviting you for an interview. Different programs have different ways to do things. Good luck with those interviews.
