I didn't write in the section of description for my observationship and research...

But I did asked doctor that I shadowed for LOR.

Would that a big problem for my application? rolling eyes

I didn't pay much attention to that form and also I thought my PS and my LOR speaks for my application and CAF is just the place for put everything objectively. But after I saw a sample CAF on line, I realize that it was not very good for me not to write anything on it. What should I do? I'm really anxious sad

In the education section of the CAF, i schould write any single education other than medical Education i had right?
What is higher education? is high-school part of it? it may sound dumb but this is quite confusing to me raised eyebrow
