dear doctors, med students, friend
from this day on im gonna write down my journey to achieve the most valuable goal i ever had, but before starting to do so ill tell you some thing about myself, im still in med school yeah thats right, and its been ayear and im planning to do step one, but i was not able to do so, and i got lists of excuses which are not serving me at all,any way from now on i will give my priority and attention to the exam,and NO excuses i promise. its along journey and its good to know that im not alone, i have so many resources to study and prepare but here is what im plannig to do before the exam.

UW AND Qbank between after my first reading and also after my second review
NBME.4,5,6
blue print step one Qbook
planning to do the exam within next nine month
my week points are behavioral science, micro,
respiratory system.
goal;getting 240, in the exam.
i will be glad to write down my journey startin from today,needless to say without your help
this nice dream may convert to my worst nightmare, i will kindly appreciate your suggestions

ok here is what i did in the past 24 hours;
i have finished two chapters of biochemistry lecture notes from kaplan (chapter5 genetic regulation which i find one of the most challenging subjects and chapter 6 recombinant DNA which was easy) i also finished one chapter of anatomy book. i was only able to study 8 hours because my elder brother was suffering from retinal detachment and when we did investigations (ultrasound, mri,ct), there was a mass intraocular seperating his retina from the choroid causing visual field deffect, the D.Diagnosis are choriomelanoma ans spontaneous haemorrhage due to either arterial wall defect or AV malformation, he gonna has an operation today i hope that god could be with him,

hello everyone thank you all for supporting me passing through one of the hardest time in my life things are no good yet, the doctors told my brother that he needs enoculation which is not good and also there still some investigation should be done for him. there is an alterative choice which is proton beam radiation i have heard that its effective and there is 50% chance to preserve the eye.anyway i was only able to finish chapter seven(genetic testing) and beleve me i cant even remember anything coz i wasnt focused on it. i will review that chapter and try to add chater 8 toi t tonight thank you again and god bless you all for been so supportive.and i think that is why we are here in this forum to support each other when passing through hard times

thanks, eveyone littledoc,jhmd,usmlekiller,doctor123,karime,antidepressant,dowjunk for your being with me and being so supportive, i was not able to study last week and tommorrow my brother gonna have the operation, its really scary and iam anxious. the good result is there was no metastsis. from tommorrow on ill be back, i hope the operation could end with no complication i will start again directly after operation,
