22 year old professional tennis player presents to ur office with 5 months of amenorrhoea , she describe an intance schedule of regular excersise ans say that she eat balance diet but avoid fatty food.she does not smoke or consume alcohol ,her mother suffer from long standing HTN ,pt BMI is 22 kg/mm2 .pregnancy test negative the pt is at increase risk of which of the following

1) dec: thyroid function
2)dec bone mineral densities
3) atypical endometrial hyperplasia
4) poor glucose tolerance
5) cholesterol precipitation in gall bladder
6) mono sodium urate induce arthritis

Any woman who loses weight which may be because of

-Excercise

-Anorexia nervosa

Is likely to pass to following chain of events

Loss of weight ----------> Decreased GrH -------------> Gonadotropins (FSH,LH-------> amenorrhea ) ----------> decreased estrogen ---------------> Decreased bone density (osteoporosis)

The Plausible option is No 2

Lack of estrogen will affect the bone
