What pathology is demonstrated in the sonographic image.

Well I can simply guess it .

Cranial USG is done in two situations

-Neonatal to assess the complications of premature birth

-In adults during brain surgery to evaluated masses.

The only most common complication of prematurity is IVH .So it must be so.Just a guess.

I suppose it is periventricular leukomalacia ?? or Hem

I'm not good at this kind of ultrasound
