I've sent all my LORs but none has been uploaded.do I have to wait for all to be uploaded before I apply?

You mean I can assign my LoRs to the programs and just apply?I want to apply to at least one program for now just to get the ball rolling.What do you think?

I would wait...if programs require 3 LOR's (which most do), your app might be considered incomplete...it's not enough to just finalize LOR's, they should be scanned and ready to download...

I called one of the programs am applying to about the LORs and the lady said i can go ahead and apply .That they get updates everyday on applicants information.
