hi guys...i am confused now..I wrote my personal statement and uploaded to MyEras and then confirmed everything.....also applied to programs yesterday....but now I found one mistake in it.....I put word "through approach" instead of "thorough approach".....everything else is fine..just 1 word.....but very confused....I know my fault...is there anyway I can make changes to it now?is it really a big mistake???please someone contribute something about this....thanks a lot

 dont be sad MAB, it cannot be changed this is what i know,but its just a missing "O", reader will know what you meant, also, if read in hurry, the most chances are it will be,surely it is that small that it will be overlooked,so cheer up

Make new PS and assign it if you want to apply to other programs.

Look at the programs which did not download your stuff your, then go quickly to the "programs applied" section of your eras account, and deselect "wrong" PS. Then make another one which essentially will be the same with the corrected type, and re-assign the new one to those programs... However, if programs downloaded it, you can't play this trick...
As said above, do not worry... It's a very minor type...

Hi MAB!
As far as I know you can create a new PS and assign that in place of the one with errors. Even after the program has downloaded your application they will still update and receive (print) your new PS.
When in doubt..you can always call or email ERAS support services.

MAB, good luck to you. I would think it is a minor mistake.
I have a silly question, if you finalize your CAF, that doesn't mean you finalized your PS, right? If you have several different PS, and assigned just one PS, you can still correct the rest of the PS as long as you don't assign them to the programs. Am I right or not? Thanks.

Hi found 4 mistakes in my 1st PS and made a new one with some other improvements as well. then assigned the new PS to all the programs, regardless of whether or not they already downloaded my PS-1. Now they have already uploaded my new PS as well. I was told that I can change PS and it looks like it should not be a problem.
A wierd case:
A very close friend of mine couldn't prepare PS on sept 2nd and so he just made a dummy PS of 4-5 lines and applied to programs thinking that programs usually take 1-2 weeks before they download it (I dont know who told him this) and will change it once he prepares the perfect one. and Now almost all the programs have downloaded his PS with 4 lines!!
He prepared an emergency PS yesterday and re-assigned to all the programs again. Let's see how this turns out to be..
