diagnosis is HAIRY CELL LEUKEMIA
Treatment is
medically by giving 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine (2-CdA) a contineous infusion for 7 days
and Rituximab for relapses.....
surgically...spleenectomy.....not frequently now a days

TRAP + ==> Hairy cell leukemia
Treatment is : Cladribine.
CHOP is the regimen of choice for Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
Citarabine & Daunorubicin are for AML
