In CAF , r we IMGs suppose to answer this question? If I have license to practice at my country..should we mention it here? In this forum, there r two kind of responses, plz let me know the correct one......

no, they mean board certified in the US...not in your home country...

Correct - you are not US board certified, not applicable to IMGs
