Do programs download all applications sent to them, or do they select which to download? confused

I would think they will download all.. there is no reason not to...

There is a rule they have to download all the applications, whether they look at them or not is another story... smiling face

Again - To receive files from ERAS, a program has to accept EVERYTHING or NOTHING. There is no in-between, there is no picking and choosing.
