 thank you soooo much Arlete,you are just amazing.
5yrs is a lot of time really really lot of time,i see myself having achieved everything that i ever dreamt of.
plans are to keep working harder and harder, competing with self on daily basis.hehehe...
these just to say,but truely cant plan beyond from dawn to dusk, coz planning just dont work for me, you got an idea already i guess.

Well... just pick a plan for the next 5 years, guys, so you'll have an answer for the question. Even if you change your mind later on, it's good to have a plan. You'll give the impression of somebody who knows what he wants, which is always a good thing. Just my opinion...

To answer your question Arlete:
In 5 years, hopefully I will be ending my Infectious Diseases fellowship, will have a bunch of publications in famous journals  and will become a member of physicians without borders.
Just applied today to 10 Programs, feeling nervous and excited...
