If my application is incomplete for lack of an LOR till say mid sept by which time it will be uploaded on eras and if the program decides to review my papers before the last LOR is uploaded, will it consider my application as incomplete and keep it pending? Or will it form an opinion based on what they have seen with the available 2 lor's?
I'd appreciate if bbb can reply even if it is just a yes or no. I understand that she will also be unimaginably busy from this day onwards.
